Amb. William Ikhuoria Aimakhu is a successful business professional in the real estate industry who has distinguished himself in many circles of his career. He is a dynamic, young and purposeful entrepreneur with great passion for excellence and economic development. He is an outstanding network marketer, sales strategist and an astute sales coach.

William Aimakhu is a native of Esan, in Esan West Local Government Area of Edo State. He attended Federal Government College, Ibillo and University of Benin Demonstration Secondary School, Edo State. He later proceeded to the prestigious University of Benin, Benin City where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc.) in Computer Science.

Amb. William Aimakhu started his career at Visafone Communications Ltd in 2010 where he demonstrated his expertise in tech management directory, and fixing interconnection problems for the company. He moved to Broadband Technologies Ltd in 2012, all in the ICT industry before making a switch in 2017 to the real estate industry where he joined the PWAN GROUP as an associate PBO (PWAN BUSINESS OWNERS) and rose to become a Team Manager in the PBO program.

Within few months of joining the PWAN Group, he swiftly made his professionalism known in the real estate industry and became an expert realtor to reckon with in the highly competitive industry. With so many recognitions to his work, William Aimakhu emerged as 2020 highest sales realtor for PWAN PLUS BUSINESS CONCERNS LTD, one of Nigeria’s biggest real estate companies. In the same year, he also came out as one of the highest sales realtors for PWAN GROUP

This distinguished individual has amassed a number of awards and achievements in the real estate industry. He made it to an all-expense paid trip to the Dubai Eagle’s Summit in 2018, all-expense-paid trip to Ghana for the Partners Retreat in 2019, Jewel of the Seas qualifier in 2020 among several awards and recognitions within and outside the PWAN GROUP.

Just recently, he was appointed as a United Nations Eminent Peace Ambassador in December 2022 amongst several notable Nigerian leaders and business executives making global impact. This has placed him on a global platform with several other Eminent Peace Ambassadors making global impact in the United Nations. In recognition of his exemplary leadership and distinct contribution to the overall economic development of the country, he was honored with the following award recognitions:

He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PWAN Perfection Business Investments Ltd, a foremost Nigerian real estate company with its corporate office at 7A, Daniyan Natalia Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The company is a member of the PWAN GROUP which he and his beautiful wife, Mrs. Vivian Aimakhu, who is the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, have built to a billion-naira company, both in assets and revenue,
in less than 3 years of operation.

He is an alumnus of the renowned Lagos Business School (LBS), and School of Estate (S.O.E) Lagos, one of Nigeria’s biggest real estate schools for professionals, Class 46, 2020 where he was trained and certified as a Real Estate Developer (R.E.D). He is also a member of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (R.E.D.A.N). He is currently the host of a sales mentorship class tagged “HOW TO SELL HIGH PRICED REAL ESTATE”, and also the chief host of the Real Estate Mentorship Academy known as TREMA, powered by PWAN Perfection Business Investments Limited the owners Of the Boulevard Series. Amb. Aimakhu and his wife are also popularly known as the Real Estate Power Couple, a brand they started in the early days of their real estate journey. He is a CISCO Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), an international certification in the ICT industry, which he got during his NYSC days.

This highly disciplined professional is well travelled and has a track record of outstanding success in team building and mentorship. He’s happily married to Vivian Aimakhu and they are blessed with Two (2) beautiful children, JASON and JAHDIEL. He’s currently taking a Post Graduate course from Westford University College, UAE and an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the UK.
